Description
The GDF Flange Machine (model GDF 20/30) is designed for roll forming galvanized sheets with thicknesses from 0.6 to 1.2 mm at a speed of around 8 meters per minute. It features 20 forming steps and 24 stations, with a sturdy wall-type side plate and gear drive. Powered by 5.5KW and requiring 380V three-phase power, it ensures efficient and precise flange production.

- Material feeding orientation: left side entry, right side exit.
Voltage: 380V, 50Hz, 3-phase power supply. - Gear oil type: 18# Hypoid gear oil.
